This department offers a variety of services to families, both financial and social services.

Financial Services

  • Food Stamps/EBT
  • Fuel Assistance
  • Medical Assistance
  • Child Care and TANF (which provides the basic assistance for food, clothing and shelter for children who are in need because of death, desertion or divorce of one or both parents)


 Social Services

A variety of programs are offered to help families that have children under 18 years of age who are having problems with child care, neglect or abuse, pregnant adolescents or foster care.

(All permits may be faxed, emailed or dropped directly to the Highway Dept., Main Office)
